BureauCat is an open-source project. The fastest way to get help depends on what you need.

For general questions, partnership enquiries or anything that does not fit a public issue, email shenoy.ameya@gmail.com. Expect a reply within a few working days.

Bugs and feature requests

Open an issue on GitHub. Include the BureauCat version (shown in the app under What's new), what you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce. Ideas and feature requests are welcome too; describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than only the solution.

Security vulnerabilities

Please do not open a public issue for security problems. Email shenoy.ameya@gmail.com with a description, affected version and reproduction steps. You will receive an acknowledgement, and the fix will be coordinated with you before details are made public.

Self-hosted instances

If you use BureauCat at your organisation, the instance is run by your own administrators. Questions about your account, data or access on that instance should go to them, not to the BureauCat project.
